Pet Policy

  • Most recent vet records with vaccinations, breed, weight, and age required for pet approval
  • Three pets maximum permitted - three dogs, or three cats, or a combination totaling up to three pets. 
  • $50 monthly pet rent
  • Pet Deposits: $400,  plus $200 for additional pets

Breed restrictions:

  • Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Collie, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, Malamute, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Akita, Mastiff, Wolf Hybrid, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier (or any such type of Pit Bull), and Belgian Malinois
  • No reptiles, amphibians, or cage animals are permitted
